Presencing is connecting to the source of inspiration and will, going to the place of silence, supporting the inner knowing from stillness to emergence.

On Breath

Breath is the original rhythm—the invisible thread between body and spirit. In both psychedelic and somatic work, it acts as anchor and as a bridge. Breath carries us from moment to moment, letting us pause, shift or deepen at any time.

At White Tiger Teachings, breath is not simply a technique but a metaphor: it is the architecture of integration. We use it to steady the nervous system, to create safety in expanded states, to expand and contract. Whether through conscious breathwork or simply witnessing the inhale and exhale, breath is the groundwork. If breath is not a safe-space for you, we find other means— such as visualization or sound or light touch— to encourage soothing and regulation.
